Financial Terms & Conditions
Tuition Basis: Monthly tuition is based on a four week month and is the same whether there are three, four, or five classes. Students will average four lessons per month.
Annual Fees: The annual registration fee is $50.00 for new students and $30.00 for returning students.
Prepayment Discount: A 5% discount is available for pre-payment of an entire semester tuition (August-December or January-June).
Due Date: Tuition is due on the first of each month and a late charge of $15.00 will be added for payments not received by the 5th. Pinnacle Dance currently accepts payment by cash or check, Visa or MasterCard. Automatic debit/credit payment plans are available ... just ask! After two late payments, enrollment in the automatic payment plan is required or student will be withdrawn from class.
Returned Checks: There is a $30.00 fee for an item returned unpaid by your bank for any reason. In addition, late charges will apply for returned payments. Pinnacle Dance reserves the right to require future payments by another acceptable form.
Missed Classes: Make-up classes may only be done in the same month that class is missed; otherwise there will be no make-ups allowed. Sorry, we do not issue refunds or credits for missed classes Make-up classes are only available if notice was given prior to absence.
Dropping Classes: Student must notify the front desk if a class is being dropped. Otherwise, tuition continues to be due and will be charged until the school is notified of a dropped class.
